The Finca offers a lot of comfort. TVs in every room, one big gas grill on the covered terrace, a new kitchen, washing machine, sandpit and a swing set for the kids, hammocks, table tennis and there is a big pellet oven for the winter days, a fireplace and electric heating in all rooms.

The Finca is ideal for kids. The object is completely surrounded by a stone wall, so none of your children can go lost accidentally. A swing set, a sand pit, toys and a bike for kids will provide entertainment. 2 high chairs and a folding bed for kids will keep your offspring comfy. Relax on the terrace, while your kids explore the garden - without any fear of your kids falling into the pool or playing on the street.

In close proximity there is the natural beach Es-Trenc, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Street markets nearby are located in Santanyi, Ses Salines and Campos.

The Finca has two bed room with King-Size beds and one sleeping couch. There is also a bathroom with shower. The 1700 m² property has an old malloquin dry garden with cacti and other succulents.

The big garden, the roof terrace with its far reaching view and the multiple terraces surrounding the house also allow every person to enjoy the dream island Mallorca in private.

You can walk to the heart of the village within minutes. Within 10 minutes you are able to reach the most beautiful places on the island with your car - the natural beach Es Trenc, the eye catching harbor village Colonia San Jordi or the village of the artists - Santanyi with its pretty galleries, welcoming resturants, cafès and street markets. In Ses Salines you will find good restaurants and everything you will need for living, like grocery stores and a pharmacy
